Module 1- Introduction To Herbalism
Hello!
My name is Lillian Lotus. I have been studying herbs for most of my life and I am so blessed to have magic and herbalism that has been in my family for generations. I have such a deep passion for herbology and the impact that it has had for thousands of years on women.
Herbology For The Wild Woman is a container for women to explore herbalism in a powerful way. I am dedicating my life to understanding herbs, their medicine, magical properties and how they integrate into peoples lives. We cut the mystery out of foraging and herbal preparations. No More Secrets! No More Gatekeeping!
I have written everything I know about herbs down for you right here in this course. This is a love letter to myself and a love letter to the beautiful women who are being called to the plant path.
My Experience
I have had several formal trainings to become a traditional/Folk Herbalist from some really great pioneering herbalists in The Unites States. These teachings propelled my teaching career and allowed me to be experienced working with herbs on a deeper level. I also am a wildcrafter and forager. There’s nothing like fresh picked herbs!
I steward each land I am on creating blossoms wherever I go. After meeting up with students I have found that my teaching touched them so deeply allowing them to feel free. They created herbal products, businesses, new recipes and gardens. There have been countless students that graduate my class that glow a bright aura of plant magic after our experience together. It is an honor to watch all of you grow!
Women create. Whether it be life or ideas. I hold some really beautiful seeds of ideas throughout this course and you have the opportunity to nourish those seeds into beautiful flowers. I ask you to be present and take the time to read each lesson thoroughly to fully understand the material. Then experiment on your own and see what you can find.
What Led Me Here
Throughout childhood I always suffered with acne and skin issues. So with my herbal knowledge I took this issue into my own hands. I started to make my own face oil, face masks, tea blends, hair toner, body sprays and tinctures. I was shocked how fast these worked for my body. I immediately was seeing the results of the herbs in my system. The herbs started to glow within me.
Soon My friends began to ask me to make them products…then their friends, friends of friends, to strangers I never met. So I followed the call and got to work personalizing blend and honing my skills. I was selling out so fast! Then I had so many wonderful souls who asked me to teach them everything I know. So I began to write. I wrote for 5 years experimenting, crafting and meditating on all things herbs. I went through so many journals to bring all you curious women my findings.
I put herbs in every single routine I had, meditated with them, channeled their spirits and embraced their beauty. I am gifted to know I am never alone when I know the plants around me. Where people see weeds I see medicine, potentiality and friends.
Now through Herbology For The Wild Woman I share this devotion with you. Take these lessons and run with whatever captures your soul like they captured mine. It may be one thing or 20 things!
My Purpose
My purpose is to teach women how to find solutions through herbalism for BIG BREAKTHROUGHS, TRANSFORMATIONS & EMPOWERMENT. That is the number one thing that I specialize in and through my dedication and work I get that result in my students.
This is a path that I walk and live every single day showing you that it is possible to live this deeply with nature and reverence for the plants. May these lessons and inspire you to become a wild herbalist just like me!
